Animal inks

I decided that, since I've been using brush pens a lot, lately, why not use use my rosemary&co. sable brush with inks again. Here's some inked animals I did, there's an opossum, kinkajou, jerboa, and generic frog.

of Doxie looks and pentel brushpen

sorry I haven't posted in a while.
here's some sketches I did for my Ditzy Doxie of what other designs could be used on her -and some angry faces, too.

of course, it's easy to see which one I keep going back to; but that's because I like it.

recently, I've purchased a Pentel Arts Color Brush (Pocket Brush Pen coming towards my way in the mail). And, I have to say, even though I like having a ton of control over my lines, this is very fun to ink with and just overall doodle with loosely.

Very messy sketches, lots of flaws; but as I said, I like the result :)

Two more drawings and I'll be done. for one reason or another, I wanted to draw various critters as unicorn-like versions of the same thing. I think the brush pen really helped give me the effect I wanted

Practicing drawing felids and people. Still not proud of the way I draw people, but I'm still working on it.
Ignore the whining over PRATT, I was extremely bored at the time, and I guess, that since I was drawing already, my mind wandered back to how mad I was at the guy, though, I'm really not at all.

And of course, more Ditzy Doxies. :)

First Post!

Thought I'd post something in my blog for once- I've never been good at doing journals and the like, so I find this a bit weird.
anyway, first post being of my url's namesake, a ditzydoxie

This next picture was drawn at school recently based off of how some people ask "if you pull on an elephant's tail, does the trunk get shorter?".
